Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Custom Orders

All costumes are made-to-order and customised to your individual or troupe requirements. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in colour, fabric availability, embellishments, and finishes may occur.

We reserve the right to make design or construction changes where necessary to improve functionality, durability, or comfort.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on current fabric and materials pricing.
A price margin of up to 20% may apply if supplier prices increase after the quote is given.
We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

Deposits & Payments

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
Final payment is due before collection or dispatch of costumes.
Payment methods accepted: PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, cash.

Turnaround Time & Deadlines

Turnaround times vary depending on order size and time of year. Usual wait time is between 4 and 8 weeks. Please contact us prior o ordering to confirm current wait times.
Please provide accurate deadlines when ordering. Rush orders may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or postage carriers.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations after fabric has been ordered will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.
Minor changes may be accommodated if time permits, but major redesigns may require re-quotation.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Sizing & Fittings

Measurements must be provided accurately by the client.
In-person fittings are available by appointment - you will need to be able to visit our home studio in Kellyville north west Sydney.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect measurements provided by the client or for changes in body size/shape after ordering. If you require room for growth please inform us when ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our costumes:

No returns, refunds or exchanges are available unless the item is faulty.
Faults must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the costume.
We reserve the right to repair or replace any genuine faults at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, photos, and content on this website are the property of [Your Business Name] unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without permission.

Photography & Promotion

We may take photos of completed costumes and post them to our website or social media for promotional purposes. If you prefer your order to remain private, please let us know at the time of ordering.
