Costume Rentals

This page outlines the conditional contract for the rental of our costumes. rental is subject to availability and the terms laid out below. Please read carefully and reach out for more information and to discuss the rental of one of our custom made costumes The prices will be subject to the particular costume been rented.

You can find costumes to rent in the shop section - some costumes will have the option to rent only, and some will have to the option to rent or purchase, and some will have the option to purchase only.

All costumes are washed between hires, and carefully checked for slight damage and missing stones, and are carefully repaired before being hired again.

The bond will be refunded within 7 business days of the costume being returned in acceptable condition.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before collection or dispatch of the costume.
Payment can be made via bank transfer / credit card / PayPal / cash

Rental Period & Late Returns

Costumes must be returned by _______
A late fee of $___ per day will apply for overdue returns unless otherwise arranged in writing.
If a costume is not returned within 7 days of the return date, it will be considered lost, and the full replacement value will be charged.

Condition & Use

All costumes must be returned clean, undamaged, and free of alterations.
Do not cut, glue, or permanently alter the costume in any way.
Costumes are for performance/appearance purposes only and are not intended for rough or high-impact use.
Any damage, including stains, tears, missing embellishments, or excessive wear, will result in repair or replacement fees being deducted from the bond.

Loss or Damage

If a costume is lost, stolen, or returned in irreparable condition, the renter agrees to pay the full replacement value of $_________.
Minor repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and associated costs will be deducted from the bond. A small amount of missing rhinestones or popped stitches in counted as regular wear and tear, and will not be charged. If there is any damage please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.

Alterations

Temporary adjustments (e.g., tacking hems or safety pins) must be reversible and not cause damage.
Permanent alterations are not permitted.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 14 days before the start date will be refunded in full.
Cancellations within 5 - 14 days of the start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start date.

Photo & Media Use

Unless requested otherwise in writing, the Owner may use photos of the costume being worn by the renter (provided by the renter or taken at events) for marketing or social media purposes.

Liability

The Owner is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from use of the costume. The renter accepts full responsibility for the costume from the time of pick-up/delivery to return.
